How long does it take for delivery?
Depending on stock availability delivery times vary between 5 business days to 5 weeks. We will always inform you if delivery takes more than 5 business days. For more info on shipping & delivery, click here.
Are products covered by warranty?
All products are covered by manufacturers warranty. Down sleeping bags have 2 years warranty and thermal wear and active wear have one year warranty. Warranty covers all hidden or obvious manufacturing faults.
How do I work out my size when ordering thermals or active wear?
Simply measure yourself with a tape measure and compare results with size chart available at the bottom of the product descriptions on each page. If it happens that the size that you have chosen is not the right one we are happy to exchange your garment for different size. Please note, that the returning garment has to be in perfect/as new condition with tags attached and in its original packaging.
Can I order garment for a present and if someone doesn't like it can it be returned?
Yes. Please note that the return should be done within 2 weeks from the delivery in original packaging and with all tags attached. It has to be in perfect/as new condition. If you need more time for possible return, for example during the Christmas period, please let us know by email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are always happy to look after our customers as well as we can and adjust our customer service to your needs.
